Hugo Marques worked for several landmark restaurants in France, Belgium, and the UK, including coveted internships with Michelin starred chefs. His restaurant on the Cote d’Azur was listed in the highly coveted Michelin Guide. Relocating in Portugal in 2020, Marques now works as a private chef and UGO, a premium takeaway restaurant allowing customers to experience fine, Michelin-quality dining from the comforts of their own homes.
